Fresno State: (2007) One of Fresno State's top long distance runners... put up the team's second-best time in the 5,000m, timing in at 18:40.89 at the WAC Meet... also ran the 3,000m steeplechase with a best time of 11:35.78 at the Wildcat Relays... ran on the cross country team as well.
Arundel HS: Four-year letterwinner in cross country and track & field... four time all-county... helped AHS to regional championship titles in 2004 and 2005... two-time team captain in cross country and track & field... owns career prep-best marks of 2:21 in the 80mm, 5:23 in the 1,600m and 18:56 in the 5,000m.
Personal: Born Feb. 27, 1988... parents are Elmer and Nadine McPhail... has an older sister, Dina, who ran cross country for the Bulldogs.
