The 45th Annual Fresno Lexus Classic The Bulldogs will host 19 other teams at the Fort Washington Country Club Monday and Tuesday March 10-11. The Bulldog line-up is Todd Angel, Matt Ryan, Michael Gideon, Brad Wyatt and Mark Pryor. Chris Arnold and Dean Tonneslan will be playing as individuals. The tournament will begin with a shotgun start at 8 a.m. The Field: Texas, Cal, Oregon, Pacific, San Diego State, TCU, Nevada, Loyola Marymount, Northridge, Long Beach, Kansas State, Boise State, Sacramento State, Wyoming, Fresno State, Portland, Idaho, Bakersfield and Santa Clara.

Bulldogs Top-10 Finishes

In the fall season, the Bulldogs have had five individuals finish in the top-10 of the field with Doverspike getting a win at San Marcos.

Sophomores Continue to Lead the Way Todd Angel and Grant Doverspike have continually led the Bulldogs finishing on top for the Bulldogs in six of the seven tournaments so far this year. They have collectively had six top-ten finishes.

Doverspike Received WAC Honors Grant Doverspike was the Western Athletic Conference golfer of the week for the of Feb. 11-17. Doverspike earned this honor after earning the individual title at the CSU San Marcos Invitational. This is his second WAC honor of the season.

`Dogs Finish 14th in USC The Bulldogs struggled in the wind at the USC Collegiate Invitational where they took 14th place at the difficult North Ranch Country Club.The `Dogs showed some fight when they posted a second round 299 but couldn't hold on in the third round to move up. Todd Angel was the Bulldogs top finisher tying for 45th place with 232. Matt Ryan tied for 56th place with 234.
