FRESNO, Calif. - After helping lead the Fresno State women's basketball team to its best season in school history, Tierre Wilson is now going to have an opportunity to showcase her talents at the WNBA Pre-Draft camp held at the University of Tampa on April 4-5. The WNBA draft will be held in Florida on April 9, a day after the Women's College basketball National Championship game.
Wilson is the first Fresno State women's basketball player to receive this invitation. This year the Bulldog senior averaged 15.6 points a game and was named the WAC Player of the Year. The Bulldogs won the programs first ever conference championship, tournament championship and went to the NCAA tournament for the first time in school history.
