FRESNO, Calif. - The NCAA's all-time winningest softball coach Margie Wright will look for her 1,300th career victory on Wednesday as her No. 9/10 Fresno State Bulldogs host St. Mary's in a non-conference doubleheader beginning at 6 p.m. at Bulldog Diamond.

Fresno State has won eight-straight games, including WAC series sweeps over San Jose State and then-ranked No. 24 Hawai'i. The winning streak has moved the Bulldogs up to a No. 9 ranking, up two from last week, in the USA Softball poll, the teams highest ever ranking by USA Softball. The NFCA poll has the `Dogs ranked No. 10 for the second-straight week.

The Bulldogs are 11-0 all-time vs. St. Mary's in a series that started in 1981. The Gaels are 22-25 on the year and 10-12 on the road. At 11-5 in the Pacific Coast Softball Conference, they sit in first place.

Game one of the doubleheader can be seen live on Comcast 14 with Guy Haberman calling the play-by-play and Sarah Teachey as the color analyst. Both games vs. St. Mary's can be heard live on 1430 ESPN Radio.
